Our refund policy
Because copywriting is a custom service delivered digitally, our refund terms reflect the nature of the work involved.
Before work begins
If you request a cancellation before we have sent the project brief questionnaire or started any research, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
After work has begun
Once the project brief has been sent and acknowledged, or once research or writing has commenced, we cannot offer a full refund. In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Completed deliverables
No refund is available for completed deliverables that have been accepted. If you are unhappy with a delivered draft, the revision process outlined in the Terms of Service is the appropriate next step.
Rush delivery add-on
The rush delivery fee is non-refundable once expedited work has begun.
How to request a refund
Email hello@customwebcopywriting.com with your order reference and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
